Terms of service

Effective May 15, 2026 · Version 1.4 · Download PDF

Plain-English summary: you can use the service. Don't abuse it. You own your content. We own ours. We're not liable for indirect damages. The fine print follows.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the Supreme Meta OS platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. The Service

Supreme Meta OS provides an AI workforce operating system that lets you configure, deploy, and govern AI agents that operate against your business systems. The Service includes the runtime, integrations, memory layer, audit chain, and user-facing application.

3. Your account

4. Acceptable use

You won't use the Service to:

Full list at acceptableuse.

5. Customer data & content

You own the data and content you put into the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us the limited licence to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data as required to provide the Service. We do not own Customer Data and we do not use it to train models — ours or anyone else's. See the Privacy policy for details.

6. AI outputs

The Service generates outputs based on your prompts, integrations, and configured agents. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them. We do not warrant that outputs are accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose — that's why every action has an audit trail and configurable HITL gates.

7. Subscription & billing

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk to the Service. You may terminate any time from your account settings. On termination, we'll keep Customer Data accessible for at least 30 days for export, then permanently delete it (except as required by the audit-chain retention policy of your plan).

9. Warranties & disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law, with no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. We make no warranty about specific outputs, integrations, or model behaviour.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Direct damages are capped at fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You'll indemnify us for claims arising from your Customer Data or your breach of these Terms. We'll indemnify you for claims that the Service itself (not Customer Data, not third-party services) infringes a third party's IP rights.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties will hold the other's confidential information in confidence and use it only to perform under these Terms.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved by SIAC arbitration in English, unless your contract specifies otherwise.
